Fenix is seeking an energetic, dynamic and bilingual (English and Portuguese) Sales Admin Assistant to support the Commercial Team in clerical duties such as monitoring and reporting on sales team performance, and communicating targets and tasks to the field-based sales team.  This is an exciting opportunity to gain varied experience and strategic insights at a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and impactful startup.


Job Description

The Sales Admin Associate provides key operational support to the commercial team, including sales support, budgetary responsibilities, and other various administrative roles as listed below:

  • Extract and publish sales performance data in a simple and understandable format
  • Organizes travel logistics for the Sales Team and team members from other departments wishing to support the sales team in the field
  • Maintain and communicate sales team targets to sales team and report on performance to sales leadership on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Calculate sales team commissions on a daily and weekly basis and collaborate with finance team to ensure they are sent in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team in the creation of campaigns and analysis of impact on sales. Update and manage all Commercial Team records and dashboards outside DB
  • General administration and organisation of sales team documents and
  • Troubleshoot any issues or disputes from sales team regarding commissions, bonuses or performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Operations-based role
  • Experience with Excel (SQL and Tableau experience highly desired)
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities within multiple projects for a team
  • Drive to learn, grow, and excel in a fast-paced role
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets tasks’ deadlines
  • Exceptional communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Great analytics skills and attention to detail.
